Customers may request a return within 7 days of purchase.

2. Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

3. Return Process

4. Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 14 working days.

At Kuttees, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction.

1. Refund Process

If a product is cancelled or returned, we will initiate the refund within 14 working days. The refund will be processed through the original payment method.

2. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order will be processed and standard return procedures will apply.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products and digital downloads, are not eligible for refunds or cancellations unless they are defective or damaged.

4. Refund Requirements

To qualify for a refund, the returned product must meet the return requirements outlined in our Return Policy.
